Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return window — that’s 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The condition should be the same as you received it, with all tags and proof of purchase

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Product

We’re very careful with packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
Share photos and your order ID — our team will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Personal care or beauty products

Custom-made or special orders

Sale items or gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and payment providers may take a little extra time to reflect the amount.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, just email us — we’ll be happy to check it for you.
